Jan Lokpal Bill must take autonomous Institutions under its ambit

Friends, I want to just suggest that the proposed draft must include autonomous institutions under its ambit. In fact autonomy is very good for those who are self deciplined, honest, unselfish and motivated towards institutions. Experiences showes that lot of autonommous institutions are being run in dictatorial manure and witout having any transparancy and there are neptism and currupt practices. There is no macienery for regulations, supervisions and checks.
