Dear All,

This is to inform you about a small loop hole in our Constitution, which our Corrupt politicians use it as a tool for their selfish needs and crushing the democratic rights of our Citizens.
lets discuss it in details.
Democracy:- A Government of the People, for the people and by the people.
Constitution:-
1).Any party having majority(>50%) forms Government.
2).Any MLA/MP can leave his party and can join another party for their benifit.

Loop hole:-India is a country of multiparty system. In an election, different parties contests election and people vote them depending on their ideoligies and agendas(before election). For eg. if 3 parties A,B and C are in elections. A is getting 40%, B is getting 30% and C is getting 30%.
So as per peoples view people supporting B do not agree with A and C, that is why they have voted to B. and here major vote was given to A. It means major people support the ideologies of A and 30% people who are supporting B do not agree with ideologies of C. But because of the 1st rule mentioned above A cannot make government although majority of people has votem him. And because of 2nd rule mentioned above B and C collides after election and form government. But we have seen clearly that people supporting B were against C,s ideologies. But after election people can do nothing. ITS A TYPE OF CORRUPTION (cheating the mass). Giving birth to situations in which Madhu Kora became CM of Jharkhand having only one seat.
Suggestion - Change both the rules and people will get rid of Cheaters. Do not allow them to join other party after electon, If they want to change their ideologies, let them change befor election and make colation with anyone before election.
to change this second rule and make it succesfull, we need to change the 1st rule, that is we should not define any fixed % for majority. Only majority is the requirement.
Think seriously - After this Manmohan Singh will never say that coalition government cannot work freely.

Bhola Shankar Singh - Trainer
(wanted to train whole government why corruption needs to end.)
