The BMC has issued a notice to our church that a part of land needs to be surrendered for expansion of the river running along the wall.

Land need to be taken from both banks. however the land on the oppisite bank belongs to the corporator of the area.
She has surrendered 3-4 feet of land and got her side of the wall constructed. This was done by issue of notice to only one party namely her

Only after the work on her side was completed our premises was issued a notice that we would have to surrender around 18-20 feet of our land.

WE solicit help from all quaters to fight this injustice.
