corruption during pasport verification

Hi...

i am prem shaw. in my area there is a corruption during passport verification. as per my locality. they said your passport verification will be negative if you will not give the money in the name of sweet to the passport verification officer.
i am an Indian citizen and i have all the required document with me then why i will pay for it.
please suggest what to do. i don't want to give money
