gas agency is problum for consumers

in my area sham gas agency is working,but in this agency manager mr,subhas & area manager mr.b.d.kasyap is very corrupt person.they sale gas refill in open black market rs.750/- but govt.officer didnot take action for this.as per agency manager they give part payment to govt. officer,in this agency all staff is very corrupt

Gas refilling is invalid but what can a person do which study or doing job outside the hometown? They have not a no. book so they can not purchase the cylinder while the small cylinder has no number and when it is empty nothing option before the person rather then refilling
