Reservation "quota" makes the person to reach at the post for which he/she is not eligible. Now if any officer who lack eligibilty can never make perfect dicision for any on going matters he always tries to escape from his responsibility and try to draw attention to wrong side. Due to lack of intelligency they get envolve in money making matter(corruption) easily. Sunil Mishraji above are your words...... der is no meaning in talking in air ...get some documentary proof....first of all get the total no of govt employees in india selected under reservation den calculate amount of corruption and den according to your above words of non-intelligency determine their share in corruption..... 30% ya 40% reserved quota ke bande non-intelligence ki wajah se corruption karte he to baki ke mahanubhav so jaate he????
