when a person act as a public representative must behave with at-most discipline manner and must show high moral standard... they should be very cautious to act in public... almost all the politicians does not pass these high standard and unfortunately those caught are only blamed and phasing the consequences...

I completely endorse your view.

If the people start demanding the highest standards of discipline and probity from public figures, most problems will vanish. It's our laxity that's the root cause of most problems. In a manner of speaking, Jan Lokpal Bill, if made into a law, will start demanding that, at least in form of financial probity.
