✔ When a 1000 crore + investment industries comes generates lots of employments and huge tax revenue for the years to come... so when state govt. invites to set up an industry bound to give land at lower rate (not market rate). this is the normal trend world wide.
Still Gujarat govt. gave at Rs 150 per annum per hectare, while Tamil Nadu charged merely Rs 12.35 per hectare and Maharashtra Rs 49.40 per hectare. Why only Gujarat being targeted.
