Frustrated congress rake up encounter issue again as last resort...

Congress tried to include Amit Shah name in CBI charge sheet but due to lack of evidence CBI refused to do so... So now with increase in BJP/Modi popularity and their certain defeat frustrated Congress started bluffing before election as last resort to save white wash... But people are not fool... understand everything...
