It is very simple to control the corruption but concern is those who can do, doesn't want to do it.

When person has more money than needed what they do, invest in property, investment in shares, for big playes swiss banks., etc..
I remember in year 2001-02 , income tax make changes in their income declaration form, they incorporated new mandatory questions like-
- how many kids do u have and their annual education expense?
- which vehicle u r using?
i forgot other questions.

GOvt was under pump and they withdrew the forms. Respected KEJRIWAL sir must know this being a IT commissioner.

ITS MY PERSONAL SUBMISSION THAT WE SHOULD HAVE TEAM OF LAWYERS WHO CAN RECOMMEND THESE CHANGES TO BE IMPLEMENTED BY GOVT. GOVT MUST BE PUSHED SO HARD THAT THEY DON'T HAVE CHOICE.

If we can run a such big network of railway online on internet, can't we track all information of one person by one click, YES WE CAN, BUT GOVT WILL NOT LIKE THIS...

How can we wipe corruption from this country is a big issue.With heavy pay packages of govt.servants and huge funds available to so called our people representatives MLA'S,MP'S.etc.etc.their lust for more and more never ends.Basically it is a Human Nature to acquire more and more.No-one can change a Human Nature.Yes you can control the greed of a person only by enacting STRICT LAWS and SEVERE PUNISHMENTS to stop misuse of power.Once this is achieved there will be some control over corruption.A strong GOVT.with honest people are needed.

AADHAR CARD or CITIZEN's IDENTITY CARD is immediatlly required for every citizen of this country,but you need honest,sincere,faithful,loyal and hard-working people to do this job.Select a Panel of such people and set a time period for completing the job.This huge exercise will take time,but once it is complete it will have a lot of positive advantages.Like 1-Complete census of INDIA's population.2-Genuine No. of people eligible for voting.3-Exact figures of Male/Female population ratio.4-Exact figures of Religion Followers and their percentage ratio.5-Exact Literacy rate.6-Exact No. of illegal people living in INDIA without proper or genuine documents.7-Exact division of people according to their age.

How to wipe corruption from this country is a big question.In INDIA we have DEMOCRACY.ie Govt.by the people,of the people,for the people.RIGHT.Now we as AAM AADMI form a govt.by voting.ie Govt.being formed by the people.Our duty is finished for another 5 years.Now it is Govt.of the people and for the people.We have now no right on those people we have voted,whether they work or not for the people neither they now consider that they are one of the people elected by the people.Their should be a strict change in law where people can ask for a repoll once the person they have elected does not come out as per their expectations and election promise made while contesting elections.What I sincerely feel that we require a MILITARY RULE for at least 5 years.The MILITARY RULE does not mean DICTATORSHIP.We can form a panel where Govt's Head may be GENERAL but his advisory Board will have people from all walks of life.Our countrymen have become used to live extra freedom and independent after 1947.They need to be trained discipline and forced to follow laws made for them.Once the laws are strict and Govt.having utmost powers we can be successful in making change in this country.Yes the GENERAL and his board should be free of CORRUPTION.They should be honest.All present politicians be jailed for 5 years and independent enquiry be set up for investigating their criminal records and crimes commited by them during their life.After 5 years FRESH FACES who may be from Advisory Board or common person or Politicians who have come out clean in investigations can contest elections.There should be only 2 parties.One that wins will rule and the other sits in opposition.Above them will be JAN-LOK-PAL and his team,who will keep a strict eye on working of Govt.The ARMY will look after his own job of defence of borders.JAN-LOK-PAL and his team will have full powers to do independent enquiry on charges whether of corruption or crime against Politicians/Govt.Servants,Public Servants,Courts and other Semi-Govt.Departments and persons.Once the charges are proved,the tainted person be punished as per law.

I agree, most of the corruptions happens in government offices. But i want to bring to every one notice that, its we(public) who created this situation. Every person wants to complete their tasks immediately just by throwing some amount of money to get it done easily. Simple example: How may of us get their driving license without giving bribe. How many of us get a Birth certificate/Marriage certificate/Passport and many more without giving bribe?. Eliminating corruption should start with in our self. Lets start it from our house. If we can complete any task like (House contruction, munipal permissions, Getting license, To get Pension etc..) without giving bribe to anyone then we have eliminated 50% of corruption. If people have extra money lets spend that on needy people. But not to corrupted people.
