Gujarat taught zero tolerance terror policy...

Congress and CBI not succeeded to nail Modi in encounter cases since all these encounters are done with knowledge of IB and Central Home ministry both... so CBI will not do anything further now... Gujarat has adopted zero tolerance policy on terrorism which shown better result that Gujarat is almost terror free state... People of India noticed this and sure will appreciate terrorist encounter...
Congress is so frustrated and worried with Modi popularity started instigating IPS officers... earlier Sanjiv Bhatt then Singhal and now Vanzara... But all these gimmick will not work and backfire to congress...
