Big lollipop on budget without any real impact...

Rather than economists Chidambar is master in manupalating… theory is always easy than practical…
He shown big dreams in his speech and and declare for social schemes without actual budgetary allotment… so it is only vote bank gimmick to create a show… everyone knows that track record of UPA is very very poor in implementation… so the lollipop shown in paper having remote chances to fulfil it…
He hopes for the growth of about 6.5/7%... but no proposal in the field of infrastructural development in industries, agriculture, power… how can you achieve such growth?
Their flag ship scheme like MNREGA for which they frequently takes credit is on the oxygen… since they gradually reduce their fund allotment every year… so what it indicate?.. The scheme is big lollipop at that time…!!!
Same way Food security bill also will have same impact after few years after wasting huge money… instead we have to improve our delivery system and once it is improved no scheme will be required…
Congress is master to create show of ecomomy which poor and illiterate voters did not understand and win the election… Congress since Indira Gandhi time mainly gone for subsidy based economy without going into root based infrastructure development is the key reason to remain backward…
