Bangaru Laxman convicted... Dont you think it is one sided...

Bangaru Laxman case was 11 year old… and according to law bribe giver and taker both are guilty… but in this case only taker is punished… what about bribe giver? Since it was congress sponsored sting operation so as usual CBI charge sheet and investigation was one sided… where was any deal? So bribe for what? Is this part was investigated… is it neutral investigation? No……… 16 year old fodder scam is still untouched and Lalu roaming safely…
