anna rightly denied Z security... he need not to worry since he is doing good for all so no one would be his enemy... accept govt. because of recent conflict... so govt. intention by way of security would be spying and keep watch on him...!!!

In my opinion, Govt. security would've been more of a problem than a benefit...it could create problems with his movements later...and aliens is right...govt.'s intention of providing security would've been spying and keeping watch on him.
