Enflame the fire
Corruption in India has seeped into every marrow of our functional structures. Conduct of sentinels too appears murky and un-gullible. This syndrome is unprecedented and calls for unprecedented steps of the kind Anna Hazare has resorted to. Let’s strengthen the hand of this upright courageous man in his tirade against the incorrigible. Our greedy servants must be reined in as they’ve lost the freedom we bestowed on them.
I liked Swami Agniwesh’s comment ‘not to treat this as any other law’- indeed JLpB is special like the Constitution, intended to usher a new era of freedom. Now that much of our system has gone into the hands of goons and imposters masked in virtuous garb we must resolutely act. It is now or never. Let us raise to the occasion and enflame the fire that will gut the evil and kindle a new beginning of responsible and accountable governance.
