public revolution against corruption

There is a need to prepare an action plan to fight against corruption. In the leading role of Anna hazare we can do it. So I want to all persons related to this movement of Anna Hazare prepare an action plan to convert this movement on broad level such as village level, city level, district level. Jayaprakash narayan said " lok shikshan" is necessary for public revolution. It means it is the responsibility of all educated person to go into public and tell about this movement. the movement on computer is not sufficient.
