How to avoid corruption

All of us are forrced to give bribe to avoid wastage of time and hassels. Since babus and Neta are aware that they can get bribe they harass even genuine people. To avoid this we should have a forum in each village, town and city to jointly help people whose genuine work is not done without bribe. The forum can consist of voulnteers and should use peaceful means to force Netas and Babus to work for people and not for money.
We also have to fight misuse of money power and mussle power during elections

I TRULY BELIEVE, IT'S TIME FOR US(INDIAN'S) TO MAKE IT VERY CLEAR IN THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA, "THE INDIAN NATIONAL'S(BY BIRTH), AND WELL EDUCATED(who done masters or ph.d's) LITERATE'S ARE THE ONLY PEOPLE WHO ARE ELIGIBLE TO GOVERN AND RULE THE NATION FROM GRAM LEVEL TO SUPREME LEVEL WITH TRANSPARENCY IN ACT'S AND RIGHT TO ACCOUNTABILITY (where every representative is answerable to the general public of india) BESIDES THE INFORMATION ACT, AND FINALLY, PEOPLE MUST HAVE THE DIRECT RIGHT TO ELECT THEIR REPRESENTATIVES AT ALL LEVELS(GRAM LEVEL TO SUPREMO), WITH AN ADDITIONAL POWER OF RIGHT TO RE-CALL THE ELECTED REPRESENTATIVES FROM GRAM LEVEL TO SUPREME POWER(INCLUDING CHIEF MINISTER’S OF ALL STATE’S, PRIME MINISTER, PRESIDENTIAL LEVEL) THE DECISION'S MUST MADE FARE ENOUGH IN THE INTEREST OF NATION AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC AT ANY COST FOR BETTER FUTURE..

How to avoid corruption?

Corruption can be reduced, not eliminated totally, by having in place a stringent anti corruption law like lokpal which monitors corruption in high places. All the parliamentarians, ministers , judjes. top bureaucrats should be brought under the scanner of an independent organization like lokpal.

If corruption can be checked in high places , corruption at lower levels will come down too.

Term limits for politicians would jump and the corruption of those who wish that politics would be a profession,following in the office for a longer period to start all politicians for supplements, look at their income. Guess who gets to pay.

I advise all the civil soiciety members for draft committee not to bow down before the Government representatives while drafting the Lokpal Bill.Corruption gives rises to many problems in our society. If this bill comes many of the problems will be resolved.It will bring about systematic change from Top to down. I am firm believer of the fact that this movement against corruption is far more important than the movement of Loknayak Jai Prakash, As this movement is not only raising corruption issue but it has come up with a solution to the problems of Corruption.Many politicians argue that corruption should be eliminated at individual level. I believe that if we create good environment even bad people will become in that environment and vice-verca.
All I want to say that this type of Jan Lokpal Bill is essential for our society to eliminate corruption. If our society at the top level becomes good ,the flows down the level automatically.
