Inherent Contradictions

Dear friends,
i have observed and learned from RGTIL Victims' reports from Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh & Tamil Nadu that while implementing the P &MP Act 1962 (Right of User in Land) and Land Acquisition Act 1894, various companies, corporations, Public sector undertakings, Public & private partnership companies, semi govt. bodies in general and RGTIL in particular have directly or indirectly violated the following central & state laws , rules & regulations.

Neither The P.& M.P. ACT 1962 nor The Land Acquisition Act 1894 deals with these contraventions. The advocates refuse to these issues into serious consideration,various High Courts and SCI have no idea whatsoever about existence of these problems because they only deal with provisions of law books. which limit the judiciary to address problems of CAUSE. No one has thought about the ultimate RESULTS.

central as well as state govts.think that Gazette/Notification of Govt. of India is sacrosanct and mere publication of its text gives perennial benefits of govt. favour in all respects.These issues need to be thrashed out thoroughly by India Against Corruption because they provide open & safe gates of corruption by corporate
houses and individuals with money & muscle power.
