Congress led Government taking shelter under law?

Time and again we hear luminaries of the Congress led UPA Government stating that parliamentary processes/systems HAVE to be honored can't allow the civil society to bypass those processes/systems and the laws that are in place.

Has the Government ever realized that those parliamentary processes/systems and laws have been amended/modified over the last 64 years to SUIT the ruling elite?

It is now clear that the parliamentary systems and process are grossly ineffective giving rise to corrupt practices with the concentration of power within the arrogant ruling elite.

Abandon or modify those parliamentary systems that are a hindrance.

Stand up, protest and be heard - make the elected representatives more accountable!

when the congress government can pass the bills that are drafted by the NAC (NATIONAL ADVISERY COUNCIL) WHICH IS FULL OF IDIOTS.and are only chamchas of sonia gandhi.why cant they pass ANNAS LOKPAL bill.even the ministers sitting in the government are afraid of rejecting any NAC members purposals
