Anna supporter attempts self immolation, rescued

New Delhi, August 23: A supporter of Anna Hazare Tuesday attempted self immolation here but was rescued and rushed to hospital where he was recovering from his burns. His condition was critical, police said.

The man tried to commit suicide outside Kisan Ghat, the memorial to former prime minister Charan Singh.
