Anna Hazare returns to fitness with Naturopathy

In a recent interview crusader extraordinaire Anna Hazare described his three week health regime that he underwent at a retreat near Bangalore. Hazare wasn’t keeping well since December and the fasting had obviously taken its toll. He was suffering from high blood pressure, osteoporosis, arthritis and general swelling of the body.
Three weeks later he looks like a completely different man, energized and fit as a fiddle. He attributes his metamorphosis to the three weeks he spent at a naturopathy resort in Bangalore that helped him overcome his ailments.
During this course he stopped all medications he was taking for his various conditions and went all natural. Not only is septuagenarian hale and hearty but he lost almost 5 kg as well. He was discharged 10 days ago but has stuck his to all-fruits regime since he left the resort though he will go back to solid food in a while.
According to an insider Anna followed a very strict regime in which he only ate fruits like apples, muskmelons, watermelons, dates and papayas and drank coconut water, soya bean milk and fruits juices. Also to maintain his sugar level he ate every three hours.
He also followed a very strict exercise regime during his time there. In the morning he took a 4 km walk, combined with yoga. He also underwent the following therapies:
Deep tissue massages: A type of massage that focuses on the muscles located below the surface of the top muscles.
Acupuncture: An alternative method that treats patients by manipulating thin, solid needles which have been inserted into acupuncture points in the skin.
Hydrotherapy: A type therapy that’s uses the physical properties of water like temperature and pressure to stimulate blood circulation and treat the symptoms of other diseases.
He also took hot stone massages to de-stress.
However it inadvisable to try the naturopathy healing method (especially the diet) without professional help, mainly many necessary food groups are missing. Eating just fruits means you’ll miss out on various nutrients your body needs like proteins, irons, fats, complex carbs, etc. that one can get from a normal wholesome diet. Our body needs all the different nutrients to function properly. One should try naturopathy only in the presence of or under the guidance of an expert naturopath and also not follow it for an extended period of time.

This is a good news and we wish him a very good health in future also as without his ROAR the corrupt section is enjoying and the "Movement Against Corruption" seems like an orphan.
