Corruption and inefficiency

I like "India Against Corruption". but like many other Anti-Corruption Activist in India it is missing the point. I just want to point it out. Corruption is not the root problem. It is just the symptom not the disease. The disease is inefficiency and lack of transparency in government.

The most common form of corruption ordinary India...n face is when they go to a government office for some “government papers” or the others. It usual take days, weeks or maybe even months to get it. The people are forced to pay to speed-up the process.

As long as we don't deal with lack of inefficiency and lack of transparency in government, we can't tackle corruption effectively.
