Salaries of Government officials

Well everytime we meet a government servant,
(if honest) he/she is always cribbing aboult their inadequate salary to fulfill their needs.
(if not honest) also justifying his/her act of corruption to fulfill there needs.

I believe that this is true to a certain extent. So we need to compare the salaries of people in corporate sectors to those in Government sectors. And i mean the top management.

PM CEOs 15,00,000 pm
CM COOs 10,00,000 pm
FM CFOs 8,00,000 pm

These salaries are just indicative but those of government officials should be much more as the scale on which they work is larger. I know that they are provided with a lot of benefits which need to be considered.

Similar is the case with lower levels.

I believe that we can ask them to work with honesty after fulfilling their needs.

I would like all of you to comment on the same.
