Cleaning India

I fully support the crusade of Anna to clean India so that new generation has better environment. Problems we all face is due to Law Makers of the country who are so corrupt(majority) that they will not allow any law to put themselves in Jail. RTI was one big achievement and political leaders are trying their best to dilute this, which we should not allow. While choosing a candidate for Assembly or Parliament voter has to choose lesser of the devils. Can we give an option to voters for not voting any of the Candidates fielded and if more than 30% have opted for this, all parties must field new candidates. Those who have been convicted and spent time in Jail should not be able to contest the elections. Even those who have been Charge sheeted have to be disallowed. Problem does not end here. Some candidates could be clean before election but once elected use the mandate as cart blanche to do misdeed and its here that we require strong mechanism to remove. For this we support the Jan Lokpall Bill with modifications as suggested by Anna
