Question Why Court cases are kept pending in court against minister??

No one is convicted on big scams, always cases are kept pending till the death of these top guns, i tried to find further info on this, from Election Commision of India website -

As per Section 8 (3) of R. P. Act, 1951, if a person is convicted of any offence and sentenced to an imprisonment of 2 years or more, this will be disqualification to contest elections.
There should be further law that state courts and suprme court must finalise the cases within timeframe.

what a sham, it looks like that we all are being cheated ??

Court will never finalise the cases and criminals will never be convicted and they will be participating the election forever.

Shame on those who made such laws....

In all the developed countries courts are under tremendous pressure to finalise the cases on time.... its time to react friends.
