Politicians are the main culprit. They threaten Govt for bandh and riots and scares police walah for transfer. System me rehna hai to ji hajuri karni padti hai. I have seen many cases in my life. Our country has given hell lot of powers to these Illiterate Politicians which they are using for their own benefit. A new train to be inaugrated by an politician departs hours ago just because mantri ji had to reach earlier
 . Nobody even think of the poor citizens.
