Real cause of corruption

Hot topic of India - Anticorruption movement by Anna Hazare, lakhs of people irrespective of Age, religion extending their support to this movement. I analysed it in deep with calm & clear mind after watching non stop 24/7 TV programs, interviews of various parties, feedbacks / comments on social network sites.

I feel that most of us go by people who talk emotionally at the top of their voice, claim themselves as concerned with aam admi & especially against Govt irrespective of party in power. Many of us dont take practical, realistic things into account while supporting for anyone.

How does a corruption starts? or who is responsible for corruption? Can there be a corruption without a giver (aam admi to Ambani). In many cases a bribe is given for violating law or expecting favour and so on.

To begin from the ground level, traffic police is taking bribe from two wheelers for jumping signal, going beyond the prescribed speed, for drink & drive, not having the required paper, license, three people travelling on bikes, parking vehicles on No Parking zone, etc

Police collecting bribe from black ticket sellers, from pavement shop keepers for putting shops on pavements, selling liquor beyond the prescribed time, for selling liquor on October 2 - national holiday & International non-violence day to mark respect to the Father of Nation. Are we not aware that liquor shops will remain closed still demanding the shop keepers to sell through back door? women's misusing dowry act to taking action against her husband and in-laws and so on. In most of the cases bribe is given by the aam admi for violating the law so here both are equally responsible for corruption. If Janlokpal bill eradicates corruption or punishes the govt and its staff then how to tackle about the persons violating the law?

I am not against bill but more important than the bill people should follow the rules, regulations and the laws of our country if you wont violate the law then you need not be scared of govt officials.

Can atleast 10% of people who are supporting this movement can promise that you have not paid or received bribe (in any form), not violated traffic rules, not throwed dust in public area, not paid donations to get a seat from your fav schools or colleges without bill, .....?

Dont get carried away by this movement, think in a peace of mind switching off your TV, mobile & laptop. If you really want a corruption free India for our children the change has to come from us. Before pointing fingers on others letus rectify our mistakes, automatically India will shine.

If you are ready take oath & make others to take oath and stand by it. This way of protest will weaken our constitution.

there is a proverb that nobody can force a horse to eat grass unless it does it by itself.

In some of the examples provided, not only poor or illeterate are involved but well educated and people of all class are involved.
