Corporate and Citizen under Lokpal!

In my Opinion Lokpal must also cover the Common Citizen and corporates of India whosoever is indulge in helping corruption in any manner. There should be strict punishment for a citizen / corporate for any kind of bribery offering or favour. Also corporate bodies should also be covered in the purview of this bill.
