Violation of ECI Model code of conduct

Hi guys i picked some some details about violation of ECI model code of conduct activated on 20th march. The government has called for promotion of officers thrugh DPC on 21st 'after' code of conduct came to effect. Only majority community officers that too those ready to pay bribes have been added to the list while many other possibly more capable officers who satisfied requirements have been ignored on false charges. it is illegal to promote after code of conduct in effect more so 2 collect bribe to fund election funds.
