To drive even a small vehicle on our roads, a driving license is required, But to Drive INDIA, no such licenses (qualifications) are needed.

For vehicles, we have introduced periodic smoke checking and other fitness tests to ensure safety of passengers and other vehicles on our roads. Also, there is a maximum stipulated period for any vehicle after which the owner has to replace the old with a new one. Similarly, those provisions in our 61 years old constitution have to be replaced in accordance with current day requirements. A strong JANLOKPAL Bill has to be seen in this context and just one of the many amendments we needed to fulfill aspirations of our citizens.

It is not a wonder that a series of scams and scandals erupted in INDIAN POLITICS. After 2G, other higher versions of scams may be there in the pipe line to hit us again unless we enact a strong JANLOKPAL bill to check corruption in our country.

To become a district collector, a person should qualify IAS Exams. But for those minister /MPs/MLAs who are above these IAS men, need not to have such qualifications. Then what is the use of our brilliant IAS/IPS.. etc qualified personnel who earned their qualification by their years of hard work?. So a structural reformation in accordance to the modern period is required. Following things are important for such an amendment to our system.

1. Similar to Indian Administrative Service (IAS) and National Defense academy (NDA), there should be an Indian Legislature Academy (ILA) for the selection and training of law makers in Indian parliament and legislative assemblies. These qualified political-social workers can choose their political party of choice and contest for elections to become MP/MLA. These qualified and proud sons of Mother India should lead the nation both in legislature and Executive.

2. Similar to IAS, NDA & the above proposed ILA, there should be an Indian Legal Services (ILS) for the selection and training of judges in High Courts and Supreme courts who will then practice in courts to become future judges.

3. The above Individuals should submit their personal assets at the time of admission to these services/academies.

4. Only those individuals with unquestionable track record and integrity should be considered for the post of MP/MLA/Judge.

5. Any incident of corruption or other condemnable practices should attract an investigation by a competent investigative agency (Janlokpal) to investigate and if found guilty deemed to revoke their membership/qualification from the concerned academy/services
