I belong to Delhi cadre of Anna Hazare group. We should not consider this movement as any other ordinary movement which will die a natural death after some time. Also its our moral duty not to allow this movement to die or even slowdown. This is 'now or never' situation for the country. This opportunity has come to us for the first time in last 60 years, and next opportunity may not come ever.

Please try to contribute in whatever possible manner you can through
Protest March,
Area meetings,
Blogs,
Arranging more volunteers,
Spreading awareness of Jan Lokpal bill,
Keeping eye on developments and educating other etc,
WRITE ME FOR LEAFLETS/PUBLICITY MATERIAL, IT WILL BE COURIED TO YOU ANYWHERE IN INDIA.

This is start of a long journey to clean society, system and the country. We may not see a great difference immediately but few years down the line, we will be able to see and live in a cleaner and better society. More importantly, we will be able to built and handover a better place to live to next generations.

"Nothing can stop an idea whose time has come"

I appeal all the readers to work in this ongoing protest. Check where these activities are going in your cities, try to attend meeting and be an activist in the anti corruption movement.

We all also can cummunicate in hindi on blogs. Please ckick below link and save it too. You can type with english alphabets and this google tool will convert your msg to hindi.

http://www.google.com/transliterate/

For example if I type > "Anna Ji jindabad". Software tool will convert it to "अन्ना जी जिंदाबाद".

Please remember to put space after each word to convert it to hindi. And then use copy/paste command to use those hindi words anywhere.

Dear Yogesh,

I'm re-posting one of my posts elsewhere, to catch the attention of someone from Anna's camp. Here we go:

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Given the diversity of the backgrounds of the civil society, and given that we are up against the wall (read, "the Government"), we need to discover a simple yet effective way to demonstrate to the Government, the media and ourselves that we are gaining strength every day.
I have a suggestion for Anna's team. Shall we start wearing 'BLACK' badges/ bands in our top dress (shirt/ tops/ kameez/ saree) every day till we get the kind of Lokpal Bill we want? If they agree, they need to promote this idea strongly.
It is easy for all of us to influence others in our families and in our friend's circles to wear the same too. Black badges are easy to get anywhere in India, they can be in any shape or size, they won't cost much, they need not be designed and dispatched to other places, and this could come to symbolize our protest against CORRUPTION.
Also, expecting people cross India to actively do something else to show our solidarity, which can also be noticed, will be difficult. Black badges/ bands will make it easy for people to show their solidarity with the Lokpal Bill movement.
And seeing this, even those who are not aware would enquire what it is all about, and we'll get a chance to explain.
The Press will also find a symbol of this movement to focus on.
We can explain that this black badge/ band signifies that we're in darkness, and till we see light, we'll wear black badges.
Typically, gathering critical mass is difficult, and even as we gather critical mass, it is difficult to demonstrate that we have, in deed, done so.
And when everyone realizes that we have gathered critical mass, this could help us step up our efforts to the next stage, if need be.
If you agree, can you please draw the attention of your friends and relatives to this suggestion?
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Thoughts?

Ganesan. :~)

When even a class 4 employee in the is only considered for a job if he has the basic educational qualification why should not there be
1. Educational Qualification for Politicians.
2. Police verification for Politicians.
3. Annual / periodical assessment for Politicians.
4. Asset acquisition and deceleration verification system by independent eminent statutory body.

When in every field whether public or private one should have the minimum educational qualification requirement. Municipal corporation when has minimum qualification as SSC passed or HSC passed then why one field in India in which there is neither educational qualification nor age limit is required. Why an uneducated or less educated man can go to assembly or parliament just by virtue of his "@@@@@@"

There are a large number of politicians involved in serious crimes such as Murder, Rape, Extortion. Why there is no police enquiry whether the candidate having criminal background or not. This should happen with politicians before election and politicians those having serious criminal background should not allow for any election. Only a declaration shall not suffice the cause.

Most of politicians have very less attendance in Parliament. There should be minimum 80% attendance compulsory for each and every MP. Those failed in attendance should be debarred to contest any election.

Why should not we ask the deemed or claimant to be the custodians of the constitution to incorporate these in relevant ordinance.

Increase in the pay should be mandated. Travel allowance etc be put in public domain. ITS AAM ADMIS MONEY.

Jai Hind
