• Any Graduate / Under Graduate with 1+ year of experience in an international voice based technical process
• Professional with exposure to troubleshooting PC operating systems, software, peripherals and connected devices
• A+ certification, RHCE, MCST, CCNA, CCNP, ECNE and MCSE Professionals would be an added advantage
• All positions are based out of Gurgaon
