H.P. MID HIMALAYAN WATERSHED DEVELOPMENT PROJECT

Applications are invited on the prescribed proforma for the following posts to be filled on contract basis in Himachal Pradesh Mid Himalayan Watershed Development Project, Solan (World Bank Aided).

1. Communication Specialist - One Post (Gen)
   - Essential Qualifications: Post Graduate Degree in Mass Communication or similar professional qualification or equivalent
   - Emoluments: Rs. 25,000/- per month ( Consolidated )
   - Age: Not more than 45 years as on 01-12-2008.
2. System Administrator - One Post (Gen)
   - Essential BE/B.Tech/MCA/BCA/PGDCA
   - Qualifications: or equivalent
   - Emoluments: Rs. 25,000/- per month ( Consolidated )
   - Age: Not more than 35 years as on 01-12-2008.
   ( Conditiions for Sr. No. 3 & 4 )
3. Computer Operator - One Post (Gen)
   Office/Secretarial Asstt.- One Post (Gen)
   Essential Qualifications:
   10+2 from any RecognisedBoard/Institution. OneYear diploma in Computers Application.
   Knowledge of customs, manners and dialects of HP.
   Preference will be given those candidates having experience of working especially in Watershed Development Projects and efficiency in typing/shorthand.
   Emoluments: Rs. 7,500/- per month ( Consolidated )
   Age: Not more than 45 years as on 01-12-2008.

The applications of eligible persons on the prescribed proforma must reach to the undersigned by 16-01-2009 (31-01-2009 for the candidates residing in Pangi and Bharmaur Sub Division of Chamba District, Kinnaur District, Dodra Kawar Sub Divisioin of Shimla Disttict and Lahul & Spiti District of the State whose applications are received by post/speed post only from these areas). In case applications are received by hand or through courier, benefit of extended time shall not be available regardless to the place of residence of the applicant.
