  - Databases - PostgreSQL/Oracle
  - Security technologies - encryption, authentication
• Senior Software Testers/Leads (4-8 Years of Experience) (Code - TQA)
  - At least 4 years of testing WebBased Applications
  - OS Internals- Windows/Linux/VmWare/Citrix/XenServer
  - Experience Performance/Stress Test Tools (LoadRunner)
  - Experience with Automation tools/scripting (QTP, WinRunner, Silk Scripts, SQL)
• Software Architects (10+ Years of experience) (Code - DArch)
  - NET Architect, C/C++, C#, JAVA , Systems Management Platforms
  - OLTP databases, T-SQL or PL/SQL
  - AJAX technology, web standards, Hibernate
  - OS Proficiency - Windows/Linux/VmWare/Citrix/XenServer
