• Mainframes (Job Code: M/F09/01): COBOL, CICS, DB2, JCL, MVS, IMS/DB, PL/1, Assembler
• System Administrators (Job Code: SA 09/1): Windows/ Solaris/ AIX, should be willing to work 24x7 environments and should have hands on experience on LEVEL-2 & LEVEL-3 support. Awareness of ITIL will be added advantage.

• Database Administrator (DBA 09/01): Oracle, SQL
• EAI (EAI 09/01)
• Telecom Billing (TB 09/01)
• OSS (OSS 09/01)
• SMARTS (S 09/01)
• Solution Designers (SD 09/01)
• Managed Operations (IMO 09/01)
• Business Analyst, Product Operations Designers, Service Designers (BA_POD 09/01)
