Handle inbound calls.

Desired:

• Should be a Graduate, Diploma Holder or possessing any discipline equivalent to graduation.
• Should be customer centric and willing to resolve the related queries.
• Should have basic knowledge on Internet.
• Ability to speak comfortably in Hindi and English.
• Willing to work in 24/7 shifts.
