Convergys requires the following IT professionals:

Associate / Analyst / Manager - Information Security: 3+ years experience with proficiency in Exchange, SharePoint & Excel. Working knowledge of any two or more skills: RACF, eTrust, iSeries, Active Directory. Familiarity wuth Information systems security concepts, tools and products, system design, programming languages, product terminology and processes, ITIL foundation certification is desirable.
Senior Associate - Network Services: 3+ years of experience in AVAYA, Nortel & Cisco VOIP. Candidate will handle Convergys level 3 global support for Avaya PBAX and IP Telephony & work closely with other support teams to resolve the day to day VOIP related issues for various impacted projects.
Senior Associates & Specialists - Data Network: 4+ years in configuration and routing of Cisco Devices like routers, switches and hubs. CCNA / CCNP certification required. Good understanding of routing protocols (RIP, OSPF, IGRP, EIGRP, BGP) and networking protocols (IP/SNA). Experience in Cisco Security mandatory
Specialist - Client Production: 6+ years of experience with understanding of Network, LAN, WAN, Voice & Data systems. The peron would facilitate/manage the service restoral process for Convergys high level severity issues.
