By Downloading: - Blank application form can be downloaded and the same may be filled. The filled in application form need to be sent along with a Demand Draft / Cheque for Rs. 500/-. The Demand draft / Cheque should be drawn in favor of "Satyam Fashion Institute" payable at Noida.
