Do we have suggestions for good system
It should be a strict conditions for MLAs and MPs that their children will study only in govt schools and their families will get treatment in civil hospitals only. Then the govt schools and hospitals will be transformed.

have a dynamic parliament
Instead of changing things radically we should try for a system to just check our parliament (lok sabha). A right parliament will make things below correct gradually.
To have a check over parliament, instead of giving power and add another agency, we should give people more chances to elect MPs than once in five years. Can we develop a system where elections are held in different states at different times in five years and along with state election people should elect MPs from that state at the same time. 1 This will make our parliament more dynamic, political parties will fear of coming elections in a few months which can decrease their counts in house. 2 This will keep our parliament directly under control of people. 3 Election commission will work throughout the year. 4 No added burden of any other agency. |

Poor Direction
Sunil, the answer is simple. It is not system, but highly selfish leadership. The following passage answers the whole question.
Two biggest scandals of India · First is the “Kashmir Scandal” : India has won three wars i.e., in 1947, 1965 and in 1971 and in each of these three wars, Indian army captured large amount of Pakistani territories. But, still all territories were returned back to Pakistan, but deliberately still one-third of Kashmir (called Azad Kashmir) which Pakistan captured in 1947 is still with Pakistan. Why? Answer is simple, America has been bribing the great Nehru family for the continued sale of their arms and ammunition which is made possible only by keeping the Kashmir problem alive. Infact, Lalbahadur Shastriji was killed for his attempt to solve the Kahmir problem once for all. Even recently PV Narasimha Rao tried to do the same and was disgraced. And obviously with the import of every arms, planes and ammunition, a fixed percentage goes to the Swiss bank account of the great Nehru family. · Second is the “Green Revolution Scandal”: Most of the fertilizers and pesticides are imported from USA. Initially, the fertilizers and pesticides produced good yields to lure our farmers. But after 40 years, the yield per acre is going down, soil has lost its fertility, top soil has become hard so that it is difficult for the rain water to seep in. Therefore, the ground water level has gone down. We are all eating poisonous food grains with traces of fertilizers and pesticides inviting diseases. And obviously with the import of every bag of fertilizer, a fixed amount goes to the Swiss bank account of the great Nehru family. |
