raghvwidluv ji plz read the depak badigar's post, Yeh sahi hai ki kisi basti me ja kar waha k logo ko dekho toh pata chalega ki reservation se unki condition achhi hoti hai, i agree but reservstion ks aadhar caste nahi, financial hons chahiye, taki gareebo ko bhi roti kapda or makan mil sake, par ek baat bataiye kya gareeb sirf pichadi caste me hi hote hai kya? Genral caste me nahi hote? |

I agree that the reservation should be applicable on financial grounds but also consider that the idea of reservation is based on increasing particiaption of different sections of society in making of the nation and we have seen some good results as well.
Further I will say that one umbrella theory doesn't work well in realm of reservation, for example, in cities we don't see cast based discriminations generally so in such areas economical reservation is much more suited whereas in rural areas where people are facing discrimination based on case the reservation based on caste is suitable. having said that, the actual implementation issues and need for thought arise, lets discuss it here and see what we gain out of it. Dear God, As u know that my parents have just died in the hospital due to train accident, some good people have admitted me in hospital so that there should not be any problem to me. But as I reached here a lot of problem came. Some of them are as followes --- 1) Wether I sould be a boy or a girl ? If I will born as a boy, I will get all the facility of roaming day n night which is not possible for girls due to her sexual security reasons ? If I will born as a girl, I will get all the facilities of ladies reservation in jobs, trains, buses wether some body else is in more need of that doesn’t matter. Jawaab do : Wether I sould be a boy or a girl ? 2) What should be my name? As I was only surviving baby from accident, the suggestions r as under -- hindu - Chamatkar, Muslim- Karismaa, Christian - Miracle ( and so on ) If I will be made any one of them, I m directly/indirectly not being in community of remaining others. U have promised me that u r making me only humen then why ye log mere uppar kaum ka thappa jabardasti lagaa rahe hai? Jawaab do : Wether I should be a hindu or muslim or sikha or christian ? 3) What should be my surname/category of caste ? upper ya middle ya lower If I will be made any one of them, I m directly/indirectly not being in group of remaining others. U have promised me that mujhe kewal apani choice se/ apne interest se kaam karna hai aur wahi mera profession kahlayegaa, phir kyo ye log mere uppar pahle hi profession( i.e. brahmin hai to pujaa path, kshatriya hai to defence, vaishya hai to business aur khsudra hai to service) ka thappa jabardasti lagaa rahe hai? Jawaab do : Wether I should be Brahmin or kshatriya or vaishya or khsudra ? 4) Wether I must be adopted by a rich person or poor person ? If I will be adopted by any one of them, I m directly/indirectly not being in group of remaining other. U have promised me that mujhe kewal apani choice se/ apne interest ke school me study karna hai aur wahi mera mind ko explore karke mujhe successful banayegaa. Lekin yahaa to ye log garib aadmi ko ( brilliant hone ke bawjood) full facility wale school me admission kyo nahi de rahe hai ? I want to become only doctor for these mentally ill persons who are generating such descrimininations in there mind and helpind the currepted people to do more corruption by implementing devide and rule formulae. I want birth in poor family becoz aamiroo ke bigde nawab banne se jyada achchha hai ki mai kichad ka kamal ban jaau. God please send me in a “Descrimination-free and corruption-free world”. |

well i think you all general catgories guys are fool you know there must be reservation in each and every field like in sports suppose cricket and for sc st category the short hit by a batsman must be considered 4 runs or 6 runs and for sc st category shoaib akhtar should not ball more than the speed of 80 n it applies to all bowlers and if the sc st batsman got out he must be given another chance india will always win what u all guys think?
