A ray of hope

You will be happy to know that Maharashtra govt. has drafted a private universities bill which has no provision for caste-based reservation. We came to know that at present private universities which are self-financed are not bound to reserve seats for OBC/SC/ST. This was possible because private operators have put a condition not to follow caste-based reservations. This is a step forward movement of our action plan. It is duty of every member of ARM to oppose reservation system at every given opportunity.
