Save urself from reservation

Reservation ka mean to lagbhag sabhi log jante hi honge.Par kabhi hamne iski merits aur demerits ko analyse kiya hai.Jawab hai nahi kia, kyn ki ham apne aaj k fayde ko dekhte hain aur kal k shraap ko bhul jate hain.
Q.Education aaj k time me compulsory kyn hai?
A.Ham apne work ko achche dhang se kar saken, logon se achcha byavhar kar saken, achcha soch saken, mind ko fast bana saken, for the development of mind and human personality, koi bhi kaam effectively pura kar saken kam time me. Sabka nichod hai ki maturity aur personality ko develop karne k liye aur human behavior ko best banane k liye education is compulsory.
Par kya aapne socha hai ki jo padai me achcha nahi ho sakta wo life k sare sections me achcha savit ho sakta hai kya. Jawab hoga nahi
Bharat me bahut sari jati aur upjati rahti hain. Ek general category ka citizen bahut achchi padai karta hai aur bahut achche numbers lakar paas hota hai par wo sarkari naukri se bahut dur rah jata hai. Iska sabse bada kaaran hai reservation.
Jab koi general category ka citizen kadi mehnat karke 65% number lata hai aur wah naukri k liye apply karta hai par naukri milte milte rah jati hai. Iska kaaran hai reservation. Kyn ki wahi naukri reservation k kaaran dusre ko mil jati hai jiske number 40% hote hain aur jisne padai par vishesh dhyan kabhi nahi diya tha. Reservation me hamesha 85% naukri unko mil jati jinke number kam hote hain in comparison to general category student.
Jab koi person achcha pad nahi sakta to wah achcha work kaise kar sakta hai. Kynki agar usme achcha work karne ki capability hoti to wah achche number la sakta tha.
Reservation me sirf siksha ka vahishkaar hota hai.
Is desh me sabko samaan adhikaar hain to fir hame different categories me kyn bata gaya hai. Sabko samaan adhikaar hona chahiye. Ham achche number layenge to naukri milni chahiye nahi to nahi. Jab ham 20 saal tak padai me achche saavit nahi ho sakte to fir zindgi k 65 saal tak naukri me achche saavit kaise ho sakte hain.
Yahi kaaran hai ki desh me corruption din par din bad raha hai. Jab system me asikshit
Corruption ko yadi jad se hatana hai to reservation ko hatana hoga. Bina reservation ko hataye ham corruption ko jad se nahi mita sakte

A right person thinks always right

We agree with your views 100%. Nobody will ask the caste of a deserving person. For example- the caste of Baba Ramdeo was not known to millions of people until it was highlighted by media. A person will not stop buying his medicines because he is a Gwaala (Yadav) or a person will not stop learning Yoga from him because he is a Gwaala. He was successful in his mission without any kind of reservation. In other fields too, nobody will ask one's caste if s/he has ability and capability of justifying his/her job. You have rightly said how a person can perform a sophisticated job who has never taken his/her study seriously? I request everybody to study a case of brain surgery. A woman had lost her eyesight duo to a swollen artery (to the size of a small tomato) in her brain which ultimately damaged her optic nerves. This was located very deep into the brain and required a micro-level brain surgery. The doctors (fortunately from general category) clipped the swollen artery, drained the blood and then reconstructed the artery. Any minor mistake would have caused a death. You can imagine what level of skill is required in such areas. Unfortunately, our great nation India has allowed incompetent people to invade in such areas too. These incompetent people are playing with the lives of others.

"unique educational system is required"

"Gentle men ! Do not expect talent to come forth in our country. We have a poor education system which make our precious age thrown in vein. Why not a person is able to select his/her study of choice which is supported by his/her body and brain just after getting passed 10th class as in foreign. We loose our minimum 30 years for getting mastery in any subject. If we go for mastry in any subject of our interest, just after 10th, we are sure to save atleast 10 years. This 10 years can boost a peron more skilled to serve his/her country. But this improvement can not come in effect due to non skilled person who seated at higher post after having advantage of reservation cota. These people are real enemy of country, making obstacle in the way of talent. Its enough we have lost our life but cannot suppose talent of our children to be sollowed by monster of reservation.

The education system of our country cannot get improved in any way, this is very clear. But i have a suggestion to give improvement to the education system of India.
Hamare desh me bahut se sarkari schools hain. Govt ko jo ham tax pay karte hain uska ek bahut bada hissa education development plans me invest kia jata hai. Is education development plan me new schools open kiye jate hain, schools me bachche aaen daily uske liye unhen mid day meals provide kiya jata hai. Itna sab kuch karke bhi govt education ko behtar nahi bana payi hai. Iska kaaran hai ki jo teacher hain wo padana nahi chahte.Wo schools me time pass karte hain ya fir attendence lagwakar ghar chale jate hain ya schools me hi apne ghar k kaamo ko pura karte hain. Jab teacher padane me interest nahi lega to bachche padenge kya. Aaj ka bachcha padna chahta hai par sarkari teachers use padane me fail rahte hain. Iska main reason hai ki teacher bachchon ko schools ki jagah ghar par coaching padana jyada pasand karte hain. Is coaching k badle unko fees milti hai jo unki extra income hoti hai.Par aapko yeh pata hai ki ghar par coaching me b wo bachchon ki padai k naam par sirf formalities hi karte hain.Wo bachchon ko bina padaye hi paas karte rahte hain.
Jab sarkaar kahti hai ki education system hamara bahut achcha hai aur schools me padai achchi hoti hai to unke khud k bachche sarkaari schools me kyn nahi padte hain. Unke khud k bachche to private schools me padte hain to education system kahan se behtar hai govt ka. Hamare dwara jama kia hua tax ka paisa kahan education development me invest hota hai.
Ek sarkaari teacher ki salary 30000/= per month hai jisme use keval 6 mahine hi padana hota hai baki time holidays hi ho jati hain.Uske baad wo approx 50 se 100 students ko wo ghar me coaching deta hai minimum rs.250 per month par means ek mahine me wo coaching se approx 25000 rupees earn karta hai matlab wo mahine me totel 55000 rs kamata hai par fir bhi wo ek achchi education dene me fail rahta hai.
Ek private teacher ki salary 2500 se 5000 per month hoti hai aur wo approx din me sirf 7 se 10 students ko hi padata hai average 500 rs per student. Matlab wo mahine me 10000 rs maximum earn karta hai aur ek bahut achchi education provide karta hai. Tabhi to sarkaari employees politicians aur har ameer aadmi k bachche private schools me padte hain aur better education get karte hain.
Govt education system tab tak better nahi ho sakta jab tak ki constitution me change na laya jaye.Change me govt rule banaye ki sarkaari employee aur sare politicians k bachche sirf govt schools me hi education get kar sakte hain. Unpar private education par rok lagai jaye. Jab unke bachche aur garib bachchon k saath me same schools me padenge to teacher majburi me achcha padayenge warna unki shikayat upar ho jayegi aur govt education system best ho jayega aur har bachche ko achchi education milegi tabhi desh tarakki kaar sakega.

Tradition of learning-- a necessary missing link today

India once was the epicentre of learning. Today it appears to be in a mess; the desire of learning is simply missing. Indeed, the quality teachers (gurus of the past) too have becomne a rarity. Government schools are in a shambles. Though government teachers are well paid, there is complete lack of supervision in these schools. The result is chaotic. I know of teachers who cannot name the days of week and cannot spell them properly. At least that is what we see in the teachers who have been recruited in large in Bihar on a fixed salary. It is not just English. They can't write properly in their mother tongue as well. It is simply a case of no body doing his or her job with any degree of sincerity or efficiency. Teachers don't read. Therefore, they cannot teach. If situation is somewhat better in some big schools, it is because of supervision and the fear of being thrown away. Go to any public school, you find the basis of language not taught at all. I mean they do not lay the foundation of grammar. They simply cram up things. And there is this tendency of not taking suggestions/corrections in good spirit. Since the desire of learning is not there, those making mistakes continue to make mistakes. We always encouraged our peers to point out mistakes so that we could rectify them. Today, if we try to tell them of their mistakes, we are asked to mind our own business. We are asked to accept 'tooti-footi English' as a necessary evil or even part of our life.
If education suffers today, it is because we have contributed to its downfall. While supervision is the key, the question that should disturb everybody is who is going to supervise whom. The other day I happened to visit a very prominent school at Patna. Prominently displayed on several walls including in the principal's chamber I found a notice that read like this:"Admission to all classes are closed". I was there on an academic mission and the principal was lecturing me down on the quality of English of his school. When I drew his attention to the notice, he politely told me that admission was closed. Obviously, the mistake was not obvious to him. But I do not let go a mistake like that. I asked him 'what is closed: admission or classes? He replied:admission. "Then should your notice not read as: admission to all classes is closed?" Or, why don't you simply say: admission is closed?
Clearly, education has ceased to be education. It is now only a business. But the problem is--our governments cannot even do business properly which is why while public/private schools are thriving, government schools are stagnating. If the government schools are to compete with the private schools, infrastructure must improve. That means you must get the quality teachers. They may not have done B.Ed or M.Ed just as Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam or Dr. Amartya Sen have not done any of these. Yet their credentials as teachers cannot be questioned at any level. There are quality teachers in our midst as well. You have to find them and demonstrative method is the only correct method to find them. Let loose a class to them. They will be tested. Since students have to be taught, let these teachers be evaluated by students.

I think reservations should be confined to the economically back ward people. Caste system is an outdated Idea and has lost its value in todays society. Having said that there were times when Dalits were run over by the priviledged caste. But times have changed and as long as the candidate is performing it really doesnt matter which creed he/she belongs. More over what is the point in having reservation at college level where the actul problem is at primary school. There is NO effort by the government to improve the infrastructure of the Schools and the choosen few so called "back ward class" people who get to gradution level, are usually the priveledged ones.

Every society is judged by how it takes care of the underprivilidged lot. Reservation is a very power full concept if we wish to keep balance between the rich and poor and look after the ones who are less fortunate. How ever our political system has mis-used it for way too long. Its time this stops.

Reservation should be given for education only not in jobs and other works its because at present general category are under resevation now and rest who got reservation are enjoying both facilities by job - promotion and other facilities and general are now the big sufferer so reservation must be given on for studies only not in jobs and promotion category
