A very acumen approach to this matter ,i must congratulate "glory" on contemplating on the issue.I only see a insecurity in upper class as a result of present situation in which dalits face less competition to get the jobs where as they feel stiff. They must acknowledge that this situation is result of there long lasting discrimination against these dalits from centuries, they now atone for there misdeeds(no offenses here) in form of reservations. they must realise that for india to become a superpower, all countrymen should be equal & it can only be attained through education .I don't think elite class people will or want to educate under privilged people which are dalits now, so reservation seems justifiable in this extent , More insights are requested from people here!!
