EOI are invited from experienced persons for appointment on CONTRACT/DEPUTATION basis in the Bihar State Housing Board (BSHB). Infrastructure Professional Enterprise (IPE) Pvt. Ltd. the implementation Consultants for DFID assisted Suppport Programme for Urban Reforms in Bihar (SPUR). is facilitating the recruitment process:

The details of requirement & eligibility is as under:

1. Assistant Engineer : 20 Posts
   Qual: B.Tech in Civil Engg with at least 3 years of experience.
   Monthly Emoluments: Rs. 15,000/-
2. Assistant Engineer (Electrical): 3 Posts
   Qual: B.Tech in Electrical Engg with at least 3 years of experience.
   Monthly Emoluments: Rs. 15,000/-
3. Junior Engineer (Civil): 87 Posts
   Qual: Diploma in Civil Engg with at least 3 years of experience.
   Monthly Emoluments: Rs. 12,000/-
4. Junior Engineer (Electrical): 10 Posts
   Qual: Diploma in Electrical Engg with at least 3 years of experience.
   Monthly Emoluments: Rs. 12,000/-
5. Assistant Architect: 2 Post
   Qual: B.Arch or equiv.
   Monthly Emoluments: Rs. 15,000/-

10% increent my be given every year on satisfactory performance at the discretion of board.

General Conditions:

• Inservice candidates should send their application through proper channel. Such candidates shall be paid their last pat drawn.
• Upper Age limit in all cases will be 50 years as on 30-06-2009
• Shortlisted candidates may have to appear for written Examination/or Interview
• All posts are non-practicing
• Appointment are strictly on Contract Basis.
• All sccessful candidates will be empaneled. The panel will remain in force till 30-03-2010 and any future vacancies will be filled from this panel.
• Reservation and age relaxation for reserved candidates as per prevaling in Government of Bihar norms.
