Victim of Corruption in Judiciary and Police
Sir,
I am victim of police administration and judiciary and I do not know to whom to complain ? There is still fog on transparency in our country.
What is the procedure, what is RTI. Can RTI help such victims of corruption to set right the things that have gone wrong in due course of government process, whether any legal lapses have occured. Whether the judgement is perverse can a can poor litigant able to bear the huge expenses for greasing the palms of the officials in government department as well the staff in the judiciary. There are guidelines for RTI but common man is not able to get access to the information which he ought to know from the government department as well as judiciary, police, ministry etc.
