As a citizen, I hang my head in shame to note that we had Katju as one of the Justices in our system. The government must probe each and every JUDGMENT given by him as his perception is totally weird unless he is on the pay roll of Congress High Command, which he may well be otherwise how could he ever land such a coveted position which he holds today Katju once said that 90% of Indian is fool and with his behavior and bias act… now he is coming in top of this fool list…!!!
