yes but arvind has to prove him as better administrator and mass appeal... to run govt only honesty (non-corrupt) is not the only criteria...
modi is also non corrupt... corruption is in system... money require to fight the election is the rrot of corruption... whatever money gathering happens by modi is for party fund... unless untill there is system from state funding to fight the election... nothing can change... even arvind also cannot change...
I also admirer of arvind but theory and practical are entirely different things...
