As more Kumbha Mela is getting closer and closer ,real estate market is booming in Trimbakeshwar.Many politicians,celebrities acquired huge pie of land here by moulding the rules as per their convenience.I came to knew that 6 kms from Trimbak Mr. Madhukarrao Pichad who was Tribal minister of Maharashtra state grabbed 500 acres of land allotted to tribals,Uddhav Thakare also purchased land back to Swami Samartha Kendra.Mr. Sandip Jha,Son in law of Lalu Prasad Yadav acquired huge land with the' mili bhagat' of local politicians,Sapkal and Rajaram Pangavhane local congress leader also made similar settings and got lwased land at a throwaway price.I amm searching for a concrete evidences.Coming soon.If someone have,then please share it.
