I shurely respect you view. But till me that how does a common man survive without giving mony (Corruption).

I will give you my own example....
13 years back when i gotmy driving licence i had decided to get it without giving any extra money, the way you are suggestion. My father kept on telling me that he will get me the licence and i will have to go the authorites for just 1 hour. I said that i will get it myself. Now i was rejected twice before resorting to my fathers advise for the licence.
Once : they failed me in the written test
Then : in the driving test
and then finally when i got it after giving the momey none of the above were even taken.....

So what is to be done.. And it is not only me but a lot of people everywherewhoface the same problem....
