Guys population increase is one of the important reason for poverty and other related problems such as crime, we know that crime rate is too high in over populated cities such as UP, BIhar etc, WHY DON'T OUR FUCKING GOVT TAKE INITIATES TO CONTROL THE POPULATION SUCH AS CHINA IS DOING..........
